Our role as booking agent
Lespoir Travel acts as a booking agent for third-party operators. We arrange bookings for tours, activities and related transfers; we do not operate the activities, aircraft, vessels or safari vehicles ourselves. The selected operator delivers the service and is responsible for its operational and safety procedures.
Enquiries and confirmation
Sending a form or a WhatsApp message is not a reservation. Availability and final arrangements must be checked. A booking is confirmed only when Lespoir Travel provides written confirmation. Before you confirm, we provide your itinerary, inclusions, pickup details, participation requirements and the applicable operator terms.
Traveller responsibilities
Supply accurate guest and contact details, review your confirmation and arrive at the agreed pickup or meeting point. Travellers are responsible for passports, visas and entry requirements. Tell us about guest ages and relevant accessibility or suitability needs before confirmation. The operator makes the final participation decision.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation terms follow each operator’s policy, provided before confirmation. There is no site-wide free-cancellation window. Operator changes, weather and safety decisions may affect an itinerary. We help communicate available alternatives and any applicable refund conditions.
Responsibility and contact
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Contact hello@lespoirtravel.com promptly if arrangements differ from your confirmation so we can raise the issue with the relevant operator. Online payments are not offered through this website.
