Information you share
When you enquire, we collect your name, email or WhatsApp number, selected experience, preferred date, guest count and message. Please do not send passport copies, payment information or sensitive medical records through this form.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to respond, check availability and coordinate booking and pickup arrangements. Relevant details may be shared with the selected third-party operator and transfer provider so they can fulfil your request. We do not use an enquiry as consent to promotional email.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries are stored using Lovable Cloud. Hosting and service providers may process data outside your country. WhatsApp is a separate service governed by its own privacy terms. We record WhatsApp click events with the page and experience, without including your message or contact details.
Retention and your choices
We keep information only as needed for enquiries, bookings and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact hello@lespoirtravel.com to request access, correction or deletion. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for a booking dispute.
