The Hide, Hwange National Park

Owner-run and in a small private concession, The Hide offers fantastic game viewing right on your doorstep. Consistently voted the “Best Tented Safari Camp” in Zimbabwe, the main lodge overlooks a wildlife-rich waterhole. The camp is divided into various accommodation types, including the Main Lodge, the Private Hide and Tom's Little Hide.

A Hwange Original

The Hide sits in one of Hwange's most rewarding corners — kennedy vlei line — where the wildlife moves to the rhythm of the pans rather than the clock. Days here are shaped by water: where it is, who is drinking, and how the light falls on it.

The Camp

The camp offers 10 tents (1 private villa), hosting a maximum of 22 guests. Accommodation is luxury tented lodge, set overlooking waterhole, with a relaxed main area, shaded decks and hearty bush dining. It is a 3 hrs from victoria falls drive, or 35 mins from victoria falls by air.
