Enjoy pickup from your Victoria Falls hotel or lodge, then head to the waterfront of the vibrant Zambezi River where the Zambezi Explorer awaits for the evening. There are three decks on board. The Signature Deck on the uppermost level offers premium canapés and premium beverages served by a dedicated mixologist. The two lower Luxury Decks offer inviting lounge seating and a range of beverages and mocktails, as well as delicious snacks to savor while relaxing into the setting and service.
The tour begins with a friendly greeting from the staff and a welcome drink as you find your seats on the deck that you booked. The cruise then sails upstream along the mighty Zambezi River, the fourth longest river in Africa. From the boat, admire the array of wildlife that flourishes along the river, from crocodiles lazing on the water and hippos submerging here and there to, if you’re lucky, elephants bathing.
As the sun begins to set, watch as the surrounding landscape is transformed by the colors of the sky, and soak up the incredible atmosphere of the river. Next, head back towards the imposing Victoria Falls and see its spray in the distance. After two hours of sailing and an unforgettable sunset, arrive back at the waterfront for transfer to your hotel.

Signature Deck
On the uppermost deck, enjoy premium canapés and beverages, with a dedicated mixologist and an elevated view of the river.
Your evening on the river
- Transfer from your eligible Victoria Falls hotel or lodge to the waterfront.
- Meet the crew, receive a welcome drink and settle into your chosen deck.
- Cruise upstream, watching for wildlife and enjoying the changing colors of the sunset.
- Return towards Victoria Falls, with the Falls’ spray visible in the distance, before docking and transferring back to your accommodation.
